What Kind of Veterinarian Am I?

I’m that get on the floor with my 90 pound mixed-breed dog patient for his exam kind of vet.

I’m that hold the scared kitty in my lap to examine her so she feels more comfortable than when she’s on the table kind of vet.

I’m that distract the puppy with lots of tasty treats while she gets her booster vaccines so she doesn’t think the veterinary hospital is a scary place kind of vet.

I’m that talk on the phone with clients to answer their questions because they’re worried about their pet kind of vet.

I’m that gentle tissue-handler but efficient during surgery kind of vet.

I’m that address ALL the periodontal disease even if I really don’t want to do those extractions kind of vet.

I’m that always offers the best medicine but works with my clients’ financial constraints to provide the best treatment plan kind of vet.

I’m that not too good to clean a kennel, mop the floor, or pick up poop kind of vet.

I’m that look my clients in the eyes and tell them what I would do if their pet was mine kind of vet.

I’m that grieve by my clients’ sides when they say goodbye to their beloved pet kind of vet.

Client Testimonials

  • Linda M.

“Dr. Krick did a dental cleaning and one extraction for our 11-year-old cat.  She provided compassionate care, frequent and consistent follow-up, was patient, skilled, and knowledgeable, and took a lot of time to answer my questions before and after the procedure. Most importantly, our cat recovered and healed well.”

  • Taylor M.

“She took the time to explain in detail what she saw during the evaluation and explained what I might expect as my dog ages and also gave good recommendations for dental care. On top of that, she even called a few days later to check to see if my pup handled all of her shots okay. I am blown away by the level of care shown by Dr. Krick.”

  • Bae M.

“Dr. Krick is the very best! She not only understands cats, she actually is a Cat Butler herself. There is a HUGE difference between someone who 'trained to treat cats' and someone who actually has lived with and loved the ornery lil critters....... Knowledgeable, friendly, and proficient.”
